Updates Saturdays
The Ayuri’s budget issues come to a head, as they struggle to make enough to get themselves in the black. We also get to see the events leading up to the launch of the ship.
I tried to give the art another upgrade. I realized I haven’t really been mixing up the angles and poses, and my inking has been a little basic.
When I was first outlining Chapter 1, this was going to be the inciting incident. Obviously, I pushed the beginning of the story out a few times, but I’m glad I found a place to use this gag.
The pages were nice, but I didn’t like that you have to scroll. I figured I’d give up on trying to make it print- and web-friendly (especially since I lost all the print-friendly high-res versions with my hard drive), so I just decided to do them in 16:9.
